SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 7, 2026. These terms govern the Wok & Karahi text-message program, operated by MANAQIB CORPORATION LLC ("we," "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms. See also our SMS Privacy Policy.

Program description

When you opt in, Wok & Karahi will send you SMS text messages related to your orders — such as order confirmations, "your order is ready for pickup" alerts, and occasional order-related follow-ups.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing and confirming your mobile number when you place an order with us by phone or through our website, and agreeing to receive text updates about that order. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is recurring based on your order activity. You will typically receive a few messages per order (for example, a confirmation and a ready alert).

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive; these charges are your responsibility.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Privacy

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
