Our meat is Crescent Foods hand-slaughtered Zabiha halal (chicken & beef), certified by Halal Monitoring Services / Shari'ah Board of America and distributed locally by UISSCO-A. It's not a halal section of the menu — the entire restaurant is halal.

Our Zabihah certificates
Certificates are renewed every year. Crescent Foods' Zabiha certification (through Halal Monitoring Services) is reissued annually. If a certificate shown here is past its expiration date, the current year's copy is already on file at the restaurant — just ask our staff in-store and we'll be glad to show you the latest one.
