Graduation season is our busiest stretch of the year, and the ceremony weekends in May and June fill first. About 48 hours is the minimum for fresh cooking, but for parties of 50 or more we recommend reserving 5–7 days ahead — earlier for the popular weekends. The sooner you call, the more flexibility you have on the menu and the date.
