How much notice do you need for catering?

For two trays or fewer we can often do the same day, with as little as two hours' notice. For anything larger we ask for at least a full day.

Is there a minimum catering order?

No. There is no minimum — order for a handful of people or for several hundred.

Do you deliver catering, and how far?

We deliver and set up anywhere in Houston. Delivery is $2 a mile from our Spring location, and larger orders are quoted with the order.

What are you planning?

Individually boxed — each meal boxed and labelled, so there's no serving line and no queue. Boxes start at $9. Tell us your budget and we build the box around it rather than the other way round.
Or trays, if you'd rather set out a buffet — half trays feed 8–10, full trays 18–20.
We deliver and set up across Spring, The Woodlands, Klein, Tomball and North Houston.
Built around your team — vegetarian, chicken, beef and lamb in the same order, spice dialled up or down, and the same order repeated weekly if that's easier.

Tell us your headcount and budget and we'll come back with the best rate and service we can put together — including anything custom you need.

Plated service — per-person, served to the table, with a menu written for your event. Past dinners have run crispy beef on cabbage, almond chicken, soup and salad.
Or buffet trays at scale — for 200 guests on one dish we'd plan around 11 full trays. For a mixed spread you need fewer than that — tell us the headcount and we'll size it.
The reason to pick us: everyone has had Indian catering at a walima. Chinese and Indo-Pak on the same table is still rare, and it's the thing guests bring up afterwards.
Bespoke menus for 75+ guests — tell us the cuisines and we'll build the spread around them.

Plated events are quoted individually. Share your date and headcount and we'll come back with options.

Trays are the usual answer — half feeds 8–10, full feeds 18–20 when it's the only dish. With a mixed spread you need fewer than you'd think — tell us your numbers and we'll work it out with you.
Boxed meals when food is being handed out rather than served — we've done distributions in the hundreds.
We'll tell you when you're over-ordering. More variety doesn't mean more food, it splits the same amount across more dishes.
Short notice and sad occasions — funerals and last-minute gatherings happen. Call and we'll do what we can.

Pickup is most common; delivery and setup available across the north Houston area.

Planning something specific?

A school lunch break is short and it does not move. A serving line eats a third of it. Individually boxed and labelled meals mean everyone picks one up and sits down — and a staff room with every dietary need in it still all eats the same lunch.
