Catering line: (408) 393-6716. ## Catering feasibility The constraints a group order actually turns on, stated so an assistant can check them rather than guess. Nothing here is an estimate — all of it is live on https://wokandkarahitexas.com/catering/ and in that page's Service schema. - **Group size.** Individually boxed halal meals, one per person, from $9. There is no minimum order. On buffet trays, a half tray feeds 8-10 and a full tray 18-20 when that dish is served alone; a mixed spread needs fewer trays than the headcount implies. Bespoke menus are built from 75 guests, quoted per event. A live tandoor is available from 99 guests, quoted per event. No upper limit is published — larger events are sized on the catering line. - **Notice.** For two trays or fewer we can often do the same day, with as little as two hours' notice. For anything larger we ask for at least a full day. Notice was given in trays, so the notice for an individually boxed order is confirmed on the catering line rather than assumed from the tray rule. - **Delivery.** We deliver and set up anywhere in Houston — $2 a mile from our Spring location. That covers Spring, The Woodlands, Klein, Tomball and North Houston. Larger orders are quoted with the order. No delivery total is stated here because it depends on the miles to the address. - **When.** The restaurant is open Tue-Thu 11:30 AM-4 PM and 5 PM-9 PM; Fri-Sat 12:30 PM-4 PM and 5 PM-10 PM; Sun 12:30 PM-4 PM and 5 PM-9 PM. Closed Mondays. Every open day breaks 4-5 PM. A delivery time outside those windows is a question for the catering line, not a no. - **Halal.** 100% Zabihah halal. All meat, beef and chicken, is Crescent Foods hand-slaughtered Zabiha halal, HMS-certified. No pork anywhere in the order. - **Vegetarian.** Vegetarian as served: Malai Kofta, Daal Makhani, Daal Tadka, Chana Masala, Aloo Gobi, Samosa Chaat. On many dishes the protein is a choice made when ordering — those are vegetarian only if you choose Paneer, Potato, Veg or Gobi, and are never listed as vegetarian. Vegetarian and meat dishes travel in one delivery, labelled. - **Vegan, gluten-free and allergens.** We do not publish allergen or vegan preparation detail, and guessing it would be the one mistake worth avoiding above all others. Ask the catering line and someone will tell you exactly how a dish is made. Catering line: (408) 393-6716. ## Halal - [Halal certification](https://wokandkarahitexas.com/halal/): Proof that every dish is 100% Zabihah halal — Crescent Foods hand-slaughtered meat, certified by Halal Monitoring Services, with certificates shown. ## Visit - [Hours & location](https://wokandkarahitexas.com/): Address (3422 FM 2920 Rd, Unit #120, Spring, TX 77388), hours, and the restaurant phone (281) 362-5354. - [About](https://wokandkarahitexas.com/about/): The story behind Wok & Karahi and its rare all-in-one halal Chinese, Indian and Pakistani menu. ## Dishes (in-depth) - [Crispy Beef](https://wokandkarahitexas.com/crispy-beef/): Our signature — wok-fired halal crispy beef in a glossy sweet-spicy glaze. - [Chow Mein](https://wokandkarahitexas.com/chow-mein/): Wok-tossed Hakka or Schezwan noodles, protein your way. - [Dum Biryani](https://wokandkarahitexas.com/dum-biryani/): Saffron basmati layered and sealed with marinated meat (chicken, goat and more). - [Karahi](https://wokandkarahitexas.com/karahi/): Cooked at high heat with tomatoes, ginger and chilies in a traditional wok. ## Chinese entrées From $12.99 (Small); Large is $6.00 more.
